I have been wearing these inserts for over a decade now. I started when I was much heavier and developed Plantar Facititis. I am notorious for going barefoot. As soon as I get in the house, the shoes and socks get discarded. Well, that combined with weight gain put too much pressure on my foot bones and my feet kill me if I don't use these inserts. I can use them with most any "tennis shoes", or sneakers. I just remove the insoles that came with the shoes, warm these in the oven, stand in them for 2 minutes, and oila! Comfort plus support. They are more than worth the extra money compared to others!!

I've been using these for over ten years since a friend of mine accidentally threw away my medical orthotics. My feet are flat and no other commercial ones I've tried give me this much arch support. I buy a pair for every pair of shoes and they make them MUCH more comfortable.
